If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.
Unless the refrigerated goods are defective (which defect must be brought to the attention of supplier within 24 hours of the time of delivery at the delivery location), the supplier will not accept the return (or provide credit in respect of the goods returned) of any refrigerated goods.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.
